Anayer UK reward terms

Founding Rider signup reward

1. Promoter: Anayer UK (AnayerUK). Questions and complaints: support@anayer.com.
2. Offer window: 00:00 BST on 8 August 2026 to 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026, or when 500 qualifying awards have been issued, whichever is earlier.
3. Who qualifies: a new individual rider who creates one UK rider account in GBP during the offer window and satisfies Anayer's identity, contact, payment and anti-abuse checks. The account must not be a test, deleted, duplicate or linked account.
4. Award: £15 non-cash, non-transferable Anayer promotional ride credit. The maximum campaign exposure is £7,500.
5. Use: no more than £5 may be applied to one eligible card-paid Ride booking. Unused credit stays in the account until used or expired.
6. Eligible area: the ride pickup must fall within Anayer's configured Birmingham or Wolverhampton campaign boundary. Scheduled and Book for Someone Else rides qualify only where they are processed as an otherwise eligible Ride booking. Corporate, cash, wallet, hail, delivery, rental and other services are excluded.
7. Availability: the credit is awarded at signup, but it cannot be redeemed before Anayer's eligible Birmingham ride service is live. Anayer is targeting a late October 2026 launch, subject to licensing and operational readiness.
8. Expiry: 180 days after the credit is awarded. It cannot be extended, exchanged for cash or used for tips, deposits, cancellation charges or other excluded fees.
9. Driver protection: Anayer funds the applied discount separately so it does not reduce the fare agreed with the driver.
10. Refunds and abuse: credit may be restored after an eligible refund. It may be withheld, cancelled or reversed for duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraud, a lost payment dispute, chargeback or breach of the app or promotion terms.

UK driver onboarding and milestone rewards

1. The UK provider campaign runs from 4 August 2026 to 4 February 2027, unless its hard £7,000 lifetime award budget is reached sooner.
2. An eligible new UK driver may unlock £50 Anayer credit after completing the required profile, identity, right-to-work, licence, vehicle, insurance, document and Stripe payout checks and reaching Launch Ready.
3. Onboarding or milestone credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn and may be used only for eligible Anayer subscription or commercial car-rental charges. It expires six months after unlocking.
4. Post-launch milestone credit depends on completed eligible trips, rating, acceptance and cancellation requirements during the applicable measurement period and on remaining campaign budget.
5. Registration, approval or reward credit does not guarantee ride requests, earnings or continued platform access.

General conditions

Anayer may require reasonable evidence of eligibility and may refuse or reverse a reward where there is a technical error, duplicate benefit, misuse or fraud. If a material technical failure affects the promotion, Anayer will use reasonable measures to correct affected valid accounts without increasing either published campaign cap.

These promotional terms supplement the applicable Anayer terms and conditions and privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
