Reward status: rider signup awards and the UK provider campaign are active. Birmingham ride redemption begins only after the eligible ride service launches; Anayer is not accepting Birmingham bookings yet.

How the Founding Rider reward works
Create a new UK rider account
Sign up during the offer window. Awards stop when 500 qualifying signups or the £7,500 budget is reached, whichever happens first.
See your £15 credit
The eligible account receives non-cash Anayer credit at signup. It expires 180 days after award.
Use up to £5 per ride
After the Birmingham service launches, apply up to £5 to each eligible card-paid ride with a Birmingham or Wolverhampton pickup.
Important: the reward cannot be withdrawn or transferred and cannot be used for tips, deposits, cancellation charges, cash or wallet rides. Duplicate, linked, fraudulent, refunded or charged-back activity may be excluded or reversed.
Driver reward budget and milestones
The UK driver reward programme runs from 4 August 2026 to 4 February 2027, unless the £7,000 lifetime award budget is reached sooner. The £50 onboarding reward unlocks only after the required checks are complete and the driver reaches Launch Ready.
Post-launch milestone rewards remain subject to the campaign rules and the same remaining £7,000 budget; they are not guaranteed earnings.

How much is the Anayer UK rider signup reward?
The first 500 eligible new UK rider signups receive £15 non-cash Anayer ride credit. No more than £5 may be applied to one eligible card-paid ride.
When can the rider credit be used?
The credit is awarded at eligible signup, but redemption begins only after Anayer’s eligible Birmingham ride service is live. The credit expires 180 days after award.
Will a rider reward reduce the driver agreed fare?
No. Anayer funds an applied promotional discount separately so the driver receives the full agreed fare, subject to the applicable payment and booking terms.
How does the UK driver onboarding reward work?
Eligible new UK drivers can unlock £50 Anayer credit after completing the required profile, identity, licence, vehicle, insurance and payout checks and reaching Launch Ready. The total driver campaign has a hard £7,000 lifetime award cap.
Can provider credit be withdrawn as cash?
No. Provider reward credit is not cash and is intended for eligible Anayer subscription or commercial car-rental charges. It expires six months after unlocking, subject to the campaign terms.
Where can rider credit be used?
On otherwise eligible card-paid Anayer Ride bookings with a pickup inside the configured Birmingham or Wolverhampton campaign boundary. Cash, wallet, corporate, hail, delivery and rental transactions are excluded.
